I'd massively recommend the staff, location and service. Why? 1, Quite simply, the staff are attentive and as a team work cohesively. We've stayed in various hotels and this team have what it takes to making the check in and check out process simple and relaxing. This wasn't an ordinary stay this was for my wife's birthday. The team were willing to help, support and made it really special as they came over with a cake and singing Happy birthday. Honestly, the team work dynamically, conclusively and effortlessly a really good model that other hotels in London would benefit from. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Well done team a really pleasing stay and you made this stay part of a memory that we'd both not forget and for being amazing. Well done !! 2. Location wise amazingly is amazing!! Earls Court station is your nearest stop, cross the road by lights go up the street between Paul's Patisserie and the pub... And it's only less than 3 mins walk with a suitcase. And taaadaaa it's on the corner. If you need a supermarket Sainsbury's is literally behind it just need to cross the road from the hotel take a right then first left which is a 2 minute walk and take a left and across the main road is Sainsbury's. Can't miss it!! Towards the tube station way you've got your, bars and restaurants and an MS food hall. So, overall it's an amazing area place and really interesting. 3. This team deserves the recognition in there team meeting, 121's and are great role models for new and upcoming staff into Hospitality. Well done team Great Job

We stayed here as its near the Albert Hall where we were going for a concert. We had a friendly welcome and the receptionist gave us a room on the first floor nearest reception as she noted I had trouble walking. Very astute. We had a lovely meal before we went off to the show with good service. After we came back we sat in the bar for a while having a nightcap. It was very pleasant in there. Before we left the next morning we had a tasty breakfast. We did the meal deal and it certainly was worth it. Well done Earls Court

Very friendly and helpful staff and brilliant location. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice and very well cooked. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Only issue was the temperature in the room at night - it was so hot that we all found it difficult to sleep, turned it down on the thermostat to the lowest option but it made no difference.

The staff working here are the reason I scored it so high. Every member of staff I met went out of their way to be friendly, helpful and welcoming - brilliant ambassadors! The room could do with a bit of TLC and some maintenance repairs but it was prepared with care and we slept well. I want to recognise Sapana - an outstanding member of the team. She was working on the evening of the 16th Feb as the welcome host of the restaurant, it was really busy due to the school holidays and despite guests being encouraged to book a time at the dining in their booking confirmation, almost everyone in the line had not done this(myself included) Sapana was professional and friendly as she patiently explained to each of the groups how long the wait would be for a table due to how busy it was and everyone understood. She did not stop, the entire evening and helped get tables opened, served and cleared without anyone feeling rushed. When I explained my son had food allergies she took the time to follow up with me on the information about everything in the mdnu and regularly checked in to ensure we had everything delivered safely, despite how busy she was When a guest took out their frustration on her as he was annoyed it was so busy, Sapana used empathy and understanding despite his rude "rant" at her. Despite this, the very next guest got a warm welcome and wouldn't have known how poorly she had just been spoken to. A brilliant member of the team!

My recent stay at Premier Inn London Earl's Court and had a great experience. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the area and accessing central London. The room was quiet and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. A special thank you to Elizabeth, who was welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Her friendly and professional service really made a difference.

I stayed here last month on business. Staff were absolutely lovely, one lady particularly was really professional, kind and all around nice to speak to. She worked in the bar, restaurant and check in desk. Rooms were lovely and clean, only two negatives were that they don’t serve the vegetarian bacon they state on the menu at breakfast however this may be made to order, the other negative was my heating wasn’t working but the staff member I mentioned above went to the centre console and turned it on and I had no other issues. Customer service here is great. I would definitely book with them again.

We stayed here for our daughters birthday. David made us feel very welcome and made our stay special by making our daughter feel like a vip giving us early check in for free while also giving her some goodies. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Perfect location to the tube station. Thank you david for exceptional customer service. We are looking forward to seeing you again in December
